Quantum Yoga:

In addition to providing instructions on a range of asanas or yoga postures, we provide a list of selected asanas to include in your daily regimen, based on your unique physical conditions. We also provide information on healthy dietary habits and dietary solutions to various health problems.
In Dhaka, Madame Nahar El Bukhari, Director General of the Quantum and Yoga Foundations, regularly holds special sessions with the course participants and provides expert instruction on relevant topics. The first person to formally teach yoga to women in Bangladesh, Madame Bukhari has been actively involved in the research and teaching of yoga for the last 24 years.
Quantum Yoga courses are conducted in all centers of Quantum Foundation throughout the year and are open to all. We organize separate courses for men and women in comfortable and culturally appropriate surroundings.
In Dhaka, special Yoga Monthly Programs are held for men and women separately each month.

When I was in class eight, I gained a lot of weight due to the side effects of allergy medicine. I was 118 kilos! I tried to lose weight through dieting but could not get below 101.
Things changed dramatically after I took the Quantum Yoga Course. Not only did I learn the postures, I learnt how to enjoy practicing them. I practiced Quantum Yoga regularly and also followed the diet set for me. Most importantly, I learnt how to visualize myself as I would be after I lost weight, and gained confidence in my own abilities. The results? I lost 40 kilos. I now weigh 78 kilograms.

My Problems Disappeared One by One |

Before I enrolled in the Quantum Yoga course I tried several forms of exercise- including aerobics and swimming, but nothing could help me get rid of my physical problems. They did not help me lose weight either. I started practicing Quantum Yoga seriously from November 2003. My problems started disappearing one by one. I lost weight too! |
