For the first time, Quantum Foundation has set up a stall in the Ekushe Book Fair. The main attractions in the stall are the Quantum Konicas: the immensely popular Quantum publications which contain a wealth of wisdom in a tiny package. A total of 46 konicas are available in a variety of subjects, including life, career, health, family, student-success, also Koran, Veda, Bible and Dhammapa . Each konica is available for only 5 taka.

A collection of all 46 konicas  in an attractive package is also available at the stall for 230 taka. The konica collection was recently launched by Dr. Anisuzzaman, esteemed educationist, in the Ekushe Fair. While launching the collection, Dr. Anisuzzaman said that we can all enlighten ourselves with the timeless wisdom contained in these konicas. He also said in was extremely commendable that a single organization has published konicas based on the scriptures of all 4 major religions in Bangladesh.  

These konicas not only have the potential to change your life, but can also be a meaningful yet inexpensive gift for others.

The eagerly awaited 3 part konica series for students: Shafal Skikkherthi (successful student) has been published recently. The first part lays out the foundations for success in student life; the second part contains useful tips for developing effective study habits, while the third deals with examinations. The konica set will undoubtedly be an invaluable asset to any student.

Although the rituals may vary, the essence of every religion is the same eternal truth. The konicas on the Holy Bible and the Dhammapada, published on November 22 and 26 respectively, testify this truth.

The publication ceremonies were a celebration of religious harmony and universal love. Rev. Paulinus Costa, Archbishop of Dhaka was present as the chief guest in the publication ceremony of the Bible Konica, and Rev. Theotonius Gomes, Bishop of Archbishop’s House was present as the special guest. Both appreciated Quantum’s role in spreading the message of peace and harmony and said Quantum’s work complemented their own efforts in this regard.

Venerable Suddhananda Mahathero, Chief Priest of Dharmarajika Buddhist Monastery and Dr. P K Borua , Secretary-General of Bangladesh Bouddha Krishti Pracher Sangha graced the publication ceremony of the Dhammapada Konica as the chief and special guests. Dr. Borua said the essence of the Buddha’s teaching is universal love and the revival of human spirit. Venerable Suddhananda Mahathero said man’s primary identity lies in his humanity. If we all adopt the spirit of universal love and tolerance like Quantum, harmony would come to our restless world.

Eminent theologian Acharya Dr. Paresh Chandra Mandal chaired both ceremonies. Thanking the guests, Shahid El Bukhari Mahajataq, Chairman of Quantum Foundation, said Quantum is deeply indebted to them for their kindness, and would try to repay them by loving and working for humanity.

The konicas complete the set of konicas based on the major religious texts. Konicas on the Quran and the Veda were published earlier.

Sometimes a person can contribute as much in death as in life. ‘Healing Engineer’ Humayun Kabir was not with us this Ramadan, but as his legacy the Quantum Healing Program changed for ever. In honor of his memory, this year, for the first time, we decided to continue healing sessions- everyday-during Ramadan. We were amazed at the outpouring of healing requests in the next few days. More than 17 thousand healings were performed in Ramadan, almost 4 thousand in Akheri Doa alone. With God’s blessings the results were beyond expectations. From coming back from the shadow of death  to artery blocks and arthritis pain disappearing  to getting visas and jobs, God granted our prayers in his infinite mercy. The program was also intensely satisfying to the ‘healers’, who said praying for others everyday made their Ramadan more fulfilling then ever.

In light of the tremendous effects of this program, we have taken some steps to ensure more and more people benefit from it.

First is the publication of a new brochure on healing. This brochure will answer all your questions about prayer healing: why it works, what science and the different religions say about it, the role of sadkaa or donation; and will also describe some actual healing cases and their results. Please collect it if you haven’t already, and distribute it to as many people as you like. (Click here to read the brochure in Bangla.)

Secondly, from now on, healing sessions will be conducted everyday as well as every week. If you want to, you can request healing for a certain number of days in a row. You can also request healing in our weekly healing sessions like before. If you want to request daily healings, please request healing for at least thirteen days in a row. Healing for 40 consecutive days will be especially beneficial.

The minimum sadkaa or donation per healing session is tk40. Like always, we want to assure you that this sadkaa is not a fee and will be used for social service only.

So please take advantage of this program, and help as many people as you can take advantage of it.
