Let’s Do 12 Months’ Work in 9 Months: Gurujee in Executive Workshop
After twelve years of tireless efforts, the necessary groundwork has been laid for the long journey ahead. With attractive new formats, wider participation, more liveliness and cordiality, Quantum’s self development programs have taken on a new life. People’s interest and curiosity have been aroused. The success and expansion of blood donation, circumcision and other services have given relief to common people. The growing collections from Charity Bank have brought self financing to more solid footing. More than a hundred and fifty thousand healings in one year have opened a new horizon of wellness. By creating an organized and rhythmic flow of work, the Foundation has made the seemingly impossible, possible. We have expressed our gratitude for each success with more hard work, which in turn has taken us to the next level.
‘Now that we have completed the preparations, it is time to start the journey’, Gurujee said in the Executive Work held on May 1, 2 and 3. ‘It is time to shake off all hesitation and shyness and take the message of peace and well being to every doorstep. To tell everyone that with chetonaion (adopting the right attitude), borkotaion (attracting blessings to our life through charity), niramaion (healing), and shubinyashaion (creating rhythmic work flow), they can also make many seemingly impossible things possible. They can fill the lives of themselves and others with peace, prosperity and well being.’
So to please the Almighty and to benefit people, tell strangers and acquaintances alike about the Quantum Method Course, about healing and success, with wisdom and judgment. Bring them to the Alokaion (Self Empowerment) program on Tuesday, or the group meditation on Friday. Tell them about the importance of sincere charity. Let them read the brochures on Charity Bank and Donation and then inspire them to be involved in the Charity Bank Program. Tell them about the Quantum Healing Program and help them attain health and wellness.
There is no better and easier way to help others. If you act as a catalyst for someone’s inner awakening, the positive spiritual force will resonate within you. Your heart will be filled with ‘marhama’ or universal love. You will become a sanctuary for everyone around you.
It is now necessary to meditate regularly, manage our time and work effectively and follow the organizational decorum in every situation. By doing so and working just one more hour everyday, you will be able to make many impossible things possible: including doing 12 months work in 9 months.

This Week in Alokayon: Meditation for a Disciplined Life
The topic of discussion in this week’s Self Empowerment Program, popularly known as Alokayon in Bangla, was ‘Meditation for a disciplined life.’ In lively presentations, the speakers said that although when we hear the word ‘disciplined’, most of us envision a mechanical and enchained life, it is really through discipline that we get true freedom. Contrary to popular belief, most talented and successful people do not lead an impulsive and undisciplined life; rather most of them stress hard work and discipline in both their words and actions.
And if we want to bring discipline in our lives, meditation is a must. Meditation helps us be truly present in the moment, and concentrate fully in everything we do, thus making the tasks we normally consider boring interesting. Meditation also provides an opportunity for self evaluation- a chance to think deeply about the long term consequences of our choices, habits and actions, and thus gives us the determination we need to become disciplined.
More than 600 people attended in 7 sessions with 65 at the 7:30 am session, 69 at the 9:30 session, and 77, 106, 126,105, and 69 at the 11:30, 3:30, 5, 6:45 and 8’o clock sessions respectively. In addition to the presentation, each session also consisted of a meditation, a short talk by a Quantum Graduate on how the Quantum Method Meditation Course has benefited his or her life, the assignment and autosuggestion for this week, important announcements, and counseling.

Gurujee and Majee’s Trip To London
Gurujee Shahid El Bukhari Mahajataq and Majee Nahar El Bukhari recently made a trip to London where Quantum Foundation has a branch. In the twelve day trip, lasting from 18th to 31st March, Gurujee and Majee conducted a number of special programs such as a 4 day seminar on Meditation on March 21, 22, 23, and 24; a special workshop on March 28; Quantaion E Jalali on March 29; as well as personal interviews and counseling.
In the first Quantaion E Jalali in London, Guruji told participants that they are in a position to lead their societies to a better future. The kind of peace they have is rare and very much sought after in restless cultures submerged in debt, consumerism, and media aggression.
Gurujee said he understood the pain of those who have left their loved ones behind to start a new life in a foreign country. But given the reality, they should accept the new place as their own and develop their talents and skills so that they can establish themselves in their respective fields.
He said physical distance cannot act as a barrier to the deep spiritual bond that exists between all Quantum members. However far from each other we may be geographically, we are always together.
The Quantum members in London were overjoyed to find Gurujee and Majee amongst them and are looking forward to their next visit.
